1. Accepted Payment Methods

WIKD Wraps is currently unable to accept credit or debit cards. We accept the following:

  • Cash
  • Wire transfer
  • Zelle
  • Venmo
  • Certified checks
  • Precious metals or collectible timepieces (by arrangement)

All payments must clear before a vehicle, product, or order may be released, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Sales Tax and Fees

Sales tax, processing fees, storage fees, administrative fees, shipping fees, restocking fees, and other applicable charges may apply. Any estimate or advertised price may not include all taxes and fees unless expressly stated in writing.

3. General Service Refund Policy

Because WIKD Wraps provides custom vehicle services — including paint protection film, window tint, vinyl wrap, ceramic coating, paint correction, and detailing — refunds are limited.

WIKD Wraps stands behind the quality of its workmanship. If installation quality is determined by WIKD Wraps to fall outside its internal quality control metrics or reasonable industry standards, WIKD Wraps may offer complimentary repairs, corrections, adjustments, or replacements at its discretion.

WIKD Wraps does not offer a separate or formal Company warranty unless expressly provided in a written agreement signed by an authorized representative of WIKD Wraps. Product warranties, if available, are provided by the product manufacturer and are subject to the manufacturer's own terms, conditions, compliance rules, registration requirements, maintenance intervals, exclusions, and claim approval process.

Refunds are only considered after all of the following conditions are met:

  • The client timely reports a valid service concern within the inspection and rework request period
  • The client attends the complimentary two-week follow-up or submits a written rework request within 14 calendar days after the scheduled follow-up appointment
  • The client allows WIKD Wraps a reasonable opportunity to inspect the vehicle
  • WIKD Wraps is given a reasonable opportunity to correct, repair, adjust, replace, or otherwise address the concern
  • The client remains dissatisfied with the outcome after WIKD Wraps has attempted the available remedy
Even after these steps, refunds are not automatic. WIKD Wraps reserves the right to determine, in its discretion, whether a refund, partial refund, material-only refund, store credit, additional correction, paid repair, no-cost repair, replacement, or denial is appropriate based on the circumstances. If a refund is approved, the refund may be limited to material costs only. Labor costs are non-refundable if the installation or service meets WIKD Wraps' quality control metrics or reasonable industry standards.

4. No Refunds for Subjective Dissatisfaction

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Normal wear, aging, or degradation over time
  • Subjective aesthetic concerns unrelated to defects
  • Preference changes after approval of the work
  • Buyer's remorse
  • Failure to follow aftercare or maintenance instructions
  • Damage from improper washing, harsh chemicals, road debris, accidents, or third-party work
  • Issues from pre-existing vehicle defects, prior repairs, or hidden vehicle conditions

5. Inspection & Two-Week Follow-Up

A complimentary two-week follow-up appointment will be offered at vehicle pick-up. This allows WIKD Wraps to inspect the completed work, review curing concerns, and address any installation-quality issues.

If the client fails to attend the follow-up or submit a written rework request within 14 calendar days after the scheduled follow-up, WIKD Wraps will not consider a refund request related to installation quality or service outcome.

6. PPF, Vinyl Wrap & Window Tint

These are custom services performed for your specific vehicle. Once installed, materials generally cannot be reused or returned. The following are not automatic grounds for refund:

  • Minor dust, debris, or bubbles during normal curing
  • Seams, relief cuts, or multi-piece installations required by panel design
  • Material shrinkage or tension related to panel complexity
  • Damage from road debris, accidents, improper washing, or general wear
  • Subjective dissatisfaction unrelated to defects

7. Ceramic Coating Refunds

Ceramic coatings are not permanent, scratch-proof, or maintenance-free. Refunds will not be granted for coating failure caused by improper care, unauthorized chemicals, or failure to follow manufacturer maintenance protocols.

8. Detailing & Paint Correction

Results vary based on vehicle condition, paint type, defect depth, and selected service level. WIKD Wraps does not guarantee full removal of every scratch, stain, or imperfection. Refunds will not be granted because a defect could not be fully removed when full removal was not safely achievable.

9. Repairs, Removals, Adhesive Removal & Reinstallation

Film, tint, vinyl, adhesive, badge, decal, or coating removal may reveal or cause damage, especially on vehicles with prior repaint, poor bodywork, aged paint, clear coat failure, adhesive promoter use, prior installations by other shops, long-term sun exposure, or unknown installation methods.

Adhesive residue removal may be billed separately to the client.

WIKD Wraps reserves the right to refuse refunds, free replacements, or installation-quality warranty claims related to adhesive residue, removal complications, or damage caused by pre-existing vehicle conditions, prior installations, non-factory paint, or work performed by another shop.

Vehicles with films, wraps, tint, coatings, badges, or adhesive installed by other shops may carry additional removal and repair risk. Additional charges may apply.

10. Disassembly Labor

Unless expressly included in writing, disassembly and reassembly labor is not included in standard pricing. Refunds will not be granted for clip failure, brittle component failure, or issues from aged or aftermarket parts unless caused by proven negligence by WIKD Wraps.

11. Deposits, Cancellations & Rescheduling

A deposit may be required for appointments exceeding $1,000, custom work, or special-order materials. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Deposits are applied toward the final invoice
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment may forfeit the deposit
  • Rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours in advance
  • No-shows may result in forfeiture of the deposit
  • Special-order or vehicle-specific materials may be non-refundable once ordered

12. Vehicle Pick-Up & Storage

Vehicles must be picked up within 3 business days after completion notice. Vehicles left beyond this period without prior arrangement may incur a storage fee of $20.00/day. Vehicles may be considered abandoned after 30 days of no contact.

13. Chargebacks, Payment Disputes & Refusal of Payment

The client agrees that chargebacks, payment disputes, payment reversals, or refusal of payment are not authorized methods of resolving service concerns, except in cases of proven fraud committed directly by WIKD Wraps. Any service concern must be submitted through the inspection and dispute process described in this Refund Policy or in the applicable service agreement.

If a chargeback, payment dispute, reversal, or refusal of payment is initiated after services are performed, WIKD Wraps may, at its discretion:

  • Submit signed agreements, invoices, repair orders, photographs, inspection records, communications, and documentation of offered remediation as evidence
  • Demand immediate payment in full for all outstanding or disputed balances
  • Assess an administrative chargeback handling fee of up to $250.00, where permitted by law
  • Pursue recovery of disputed amounts, administrative fees, damages, collection costs, court costs, and attorneys' fees where permitted by law

The client acknowledges that payment processor or financial institution dispute rights do not automatically eliminate the client's contractual obligations to WIKD Wraps.

14. Product & Retail Returns

All sales on branded merchandise, special-order items, opened chemicals, installed materials, cut film, and vehicle-specific materials are final unless otherwise required by law. Returns require a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number. To request a return, email sales@wikdwraps.com with your order number, item name, and reason for return.

15. Restocking Fees & Shipping

A 20% restocking fee may apply to approved non-defective returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the client's responsibility unless otherwise approved in writing.

16–17. Order Changes & Pricing Errors

Order changes are not guaranteed once processing has begun. WIKD Wraps reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, product availability issues, or website errors, and will refund any amount paid for a canceled order.

18. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method when possible. WIKD Wraps is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment apps, or other third-party providers.

19. How to Submit a Claim

All refund, warranty, return, or service concern requests must be submitted in writing to sales@wikdwraps.com. Include your full name, phone number, vehicle info, invoice number, date of service, description of concern, and any relevant photos or videos.

20. Final Authority to Determine Refund Eligibility

WIKD Wraps reserves the right to determine, in its reasonable discretion, whether a concern qualifies for correction, repair, adjustment, replacement, store credit, partial refund, material-only refund, no-cost repair, paid repair, manufacturer product warranty assistance, or denial.

No employee, contractor, installer, salesperson, or representative may alter this Refund Policy unless the change is made in writing by an authorized representative of WIKD Wraps.

21. Legal Review Notice

If you have entered into a signed service agreement, repair order, invoice, written authorization, or other written contract with WIKD Wraps, this Refund Policy does not supersede, replace, amend, or modify that agreement. In the event of any conflict between this Refund Policy and a signed agreement, the signed agreement shall control for the specific service, transaction, or vehicle covered by that agreement.

Service Agreements & Warranties

Vehicle services may be subject to separate service agreements, refund policies, and warranty terms. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement for a specific vehicle, the signed agreement controls.

Vehicle Photos & Marketing Use

By submitting a vehicle for service, you authorize WIKD Wraps to use images and videos of the vehicle for business and promotional purposes. Notify us in writing if you do not consent. We will make reasonable efforts to exclude sensitive personal information from marketing media.

Comments & User Content

WIKD Wraps does not filter or review user comments prior to posting. Comments reflect the views of their authors, not WIKD Wraps. We reserve the right to remove comments that are inappropriate, offensive, or in breach of these Terms. By posting, you grant WIKD Wraps a non-exclusive license to use and reproduce your content in any form or media.

Processing Time

After payment is authorized and verified, orders may take up to 2 business days to process. Shipping time shown at checkout does not include processing time. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST on Fridays begin processing the following Monday.

Carriers & Methods

We use all major carriers including UPS, USPS, and FedEx. We reserve the right to ship with a different method or carrier than selected if it results in faster delivery or if the selected service is unavailable. Your tracking number will reflect the actual shipping service used.

All branded merchandise (apparel and accessories) ships via USPS for domestic orders — First Class or Priority based on weight.

Expedited Shipping

Faster-than-standard shipping may not be available for all items. If expedited shipping is unavailable, a refund for the difference between standard and accelerated rates will be issued to your original payment method and you will be notified.

Address Changes

Address changes are allowed on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of the original order placement. Contact our support team to check eligibility.
